Dennis: Oh my gosh I dropped my phone in the stream!
Ben: The stream is ruled by strong current, and I don’t think it’s good for you to swim this time.
Dennis: I hate myself for being careless. I haven’t even completed paying for it. I want to really hurt myself right now!
Ben: It’s no use crying over spilled milk my friend; you have to deal with it. Your life is more important than that smartphone anyway. Just get a new one when you get a new part time job.

Jane: I hate myself for letting loose last night.
Dale: Everybody had a great time in the university fair. What happened to you ?
Jane: I lost my wallet perhaps while drinking with the new people I met. I’m not really sure how. I have always been a great student. Why do these things happen? Am I a bad person ?
May: You are not a bad person and having fun once in a while isn’t bad. Dwelling on the bad won’t make you feel better.
Dale: It’s no use crying over spilled milk ; you need to start making reports now and cancel your cards.
